At Central Alabama Process Service (C.A.P.S.), we offer a simple straight forward pricing structure. Due to safety concerns and situations that are beyond our control, service in some areas of the state are more expensive. Please call for exact pricing.

 

Rate For Single Process Service              $100.00 + mileage*

                                          (in most areas of the state)

 

    Payment in full is due in advance. Each $100.00 payment includes 1 attempt at service. Each additional attempt after first one will be an additional $25.00 + mileage to and from the address. NOTE: If the service address is less than 25 miles from our office, we will attempt service 2 more times for no additional fee. For your convenience C.A.P.S. accepts Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  We also offer discounted rates for high volume services. Please contact us for details.

*Mileage is calculated at $0.75 per mile and begins at our office and ends at our office.

We will make every effort to perfect service in a timely manner, however, service is not guaranteed.
